Where does the data come from?
Directly from the agencies that publish it: the Bureau of Labor Statistics (CPI, PPI, jobs), the Department of Labor (weekly jobless claims) and the Bureau of Economic Analysis (PCE, income and spending).
How do I get a CPI or jobs report alert?
Run /alerts all_alerts:True for every release, or turn on bls_alerts (CPI, PPI, jobs), dol_alerts (weekly claims) or bea_alerts (PCE) individually. Edger Bot sends you a DM with the new numbers when the data is released.
