Track tickers and receive automatic alerts for SEC filings and news. Personal alerts arrive by DM, so keep DMs from the bot open.
/watch
Add tickers to your watchlist, with an optional tag to group them.
/watch tickers:AAPL,MSFT tag:tech
/unwatch
Remove one ticker, a whole tag, or clear your watchlist.
/unwatch AAPL/unwatch all/unwatch tag:tech
/watchlist
Show your watchlist. Add a tag to show only that group.
/watchlist tag:tech

List the tags in your watchlist.
/removetagBasic+
Delete a tag and every ticker in it.

Filing alerts are sent for every ticker in your watchlist with no setup. See SEC filing alerts for how they work.

Search SEC EDGAR filings for one or more companies, by form type and time range (last 24 hours up to the last quarter).

News alerts fire automatically for every ticker in your watchlist.

Alerts sent by DM have Bookmark News and Bookmark Filing buttons. Click one to save the item.

Server
A shared watchlist with alerts posted to a server channel. Needs a server plan; see server alerts.

Use your server plan for this server. One plan covers one server; move:True moves it here from another server (once every 30 days).

Free the plan from this server. The plan owner or a server admin can do this.

Set the alert channel, a channel for one tag, and who can edit the watchlist (admins, granted members, or everyone).
