Give your trading community a shared watchlist of up to 1,500 tickers. Edger Bot posts every new SEC filing and company headline to your channels, with a separate channel for each tag if you want one.

Set up in four steps

  1. 1. Subscribe

    Pick Server Basic or Server Premium in /selectplan → Server Plans, or from the buttons below. Payment goes through Discord.

  2. 2. Activate it in your server

    Run /server-activate in the server (needs Manage Server). One plan covers one server.

  3. 3. Pick a channel

    /server-setup channel:#alerts sets where alerts go. Add tag:bio to give a tag its own channel.

  4. 4. Add tickers

    /server-watch add tickers:AAPL,MSFT tag:tech. Alerts start with the next filing or headline.

Personal Premium is normally $9.99/month, so the server plan includes it at no extra cost. Payments are handled by Discord; manage or cancel under User Settings → Subscriptions.

What gets posted

  • SEC filings for every ticker on the server watchlist, with the form type, SEC acceptance time and buttons to open the filing and its index.
  • Company news from the same feeds as personal alerts, once per channel even when several tickers match.
  • Tag channels: send "biotech" alerts to #biotech and everything else to #alerts.

Server plans FAQ

Do server members need their own plan?

No. Everyone who can see the alert channel sees the alerts. Members can still add Edger Bot for their own DM alerts on any plan.

Can I move my plan to another server?

Yes. Run /server-activate move:True in the new server. A plan can move once every 30 days.

What happens if I cancel?

The plan stays active until the end of the billing period. After that the server watchlist stops sending alerts, and the personal Premium that came with it ends too.

Who can change the server watchlist?

You choose with /server-setup management: admins only, members you grant with /server-grant, or everyone.
